Battery crush test conditions

During the test, as long as any one of the following conditions is met (whichever comes sooner), the equipment relieve pressure and complete the crush test

1. Applied Crushing force up to (13±0.78)kN

  • The voltage of battery drops by at least 1/3 or 100mV
  • The cell is deformed by 1/10 or 50% of its original thickness.

Test software feature

1. With 1 channel of voltage acquisition

   Voltage acquisition resolution: 5mV

   Voltage acquisition range: 0~10V

2. The test software with real time monitoring of battery voltage changes, the force applied to battery and deformation of battery
